Yoga qualifications

I have been practising yoga for more than 25 years, and trained with the London Yoga Teacher Training Group. Most of my teachers trained with Vanda Scaravelli or Mary Stewart, whose work explored the relationship between gravity, breath and the spine. Since qualifying as a teacher, I continue to study with acclaimed teachers including John Stirk and Donna Farhi.  I am a fully accredited British Wheel of Yoga teacher.  I am also qualified to teach the specialised Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs course, an evidence-based structured programme to promote healthy backs.  Having worked with back pain myself for many years, I have found yoga extremely effective in reducing pain and supporting healthy movement.
