Mindfulness Courses and Workshops
I normally teach in central London and in Greenwich. With face-to-face contact restricted, I am offering online classes via Zoom (a free app). The next course is on Monday evenings from 8.00 - 9.30 pm from Monday 15 November until 20 December (six weeks). You can book through the Mindfulness Project.
I also run courses on request tailored to your needs, for groups with a minimum of six people or as one-to-one sessions. These include "Mindfulness Introduction" sessions, to give an idea of how mindfulness can help us, or I can address specific themes such as "Mindfulness for Sleep" or "Mindfulness in a Digital Age", or "Mindful Communication".
If you have completed a six or eight-week mindfulness course, you might like to join my Mindfulness Practice sessions, which run monthly on Tuesday mornings in Greenwich (now online via Zoom).
