Mindfulness Courses and Workshops

I teach eight-week courses on request for both groups and individuals. These can be in person or online. I teach Mindfulnesss Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and the Breathworks course Mindfulness for Health, which supports people experiencing long-term pain and illness. I also offer the "Finding Peace in a Frantic World" eight-week or six-week courses.

I also offer one-to-one sessions and workshops.  These include "Mindfulness Introduction" sessions, to give an idea of how mindfulness can help us, or on specific themes such as "Mindfulness for Sleep" or "Mindfulness in a Digital Age", or "Mindful Communication".   

If you have completed a six or eight-week mindfulness course, you might like to join my Mindfulness Practice sessions, which run monthly on Tuesday mornings online via Zoom.
