Mindfulness for Stress Reduction
Mindfulness for Stress Reduction is an 8-week course which helps people experiencing stress and facing difficulties. The course brings compassionate awareness to our experience of stress or difficulty, and it helps us to make choices in how we respond, rather than reacting in an automatic or habitual way.
Mindfulness won’t make our difficulties go away, but it can transform how we feel about them, and about ourselves. Some of the benefits of mindfulness are reduced anxiety and stress, better health, improved relationships and a more fulfilling life.
